This company is a SLUM LORD company. The units are not functional , manment is discriminatory and threatening to renters. Nothing is ever fixed that does not function, including : sink draining, light fixturs, garbage disposals and many other necessary functional needs. And residents are not allowed to use the activity rooms and my unit stays at 95 degrees day and night during heat speels scan with cooling fans going day and night.
They needs to be sued. You call,but no one never answer. Its always asking you to leave a message. I bet if you is late on your rent they will make sure you get a 3 day notice on your door.
When I first came to visit the property, I was told the activity/community room was for the tenants to use. The pool and workout room was open til 8 pm. A couple months after I moved in I requested to use the activity/community room for a family gathering and was told I could not have any food in the building and would have to be done by 5 pm because that is when management goes home. A couple months after I moved in they put a notice stating tenants could not use the bathroom by the pool area. This is all pre-covid. At present, there is a sign in the pool access door dated 5-12-21 with new rules for use yet they have a chain locked on the access door 24/7. Many tenants have complained about the office management as being rude and threatening to its tenants. The front office management puts on a front to get their apartments filled but once your in, good luck! They yell at tenants, hang up the phone on them, threaten with lease quotes that are generalized.
