I bought my 2016 Volt here, and the GM called me back the following day to advise me that he could get me much better terms on a lease. My monthly payment and down payment were halved. If you realize how much of a dedication to customer service and brand integrity that is, you won't go anywhere else. Since then they have serviced my Volt and 2019 Bolt multiple times, always being courteous, professional, understanding, and customer experience focused. The best auto dealer I have ever done business with. They made a few mistakes over the years, and always took responsibility and made it right. You can't go wrong here.

Simpson Chevrolet of Irvine did a fantastic job! My service advisor Antonio was super helpful. He guided me through a fairly extensive repair and always provided me with regular updates. The dealership is very welcoming, and it is very apparent customer service is a top priority. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Very few dealerships these days give you that family feeling. This dealership nails it every time.

I went to Simpson Chevrolet to look at a 2017 Chevy Colorado. I was immediately greeted by salesman Drake in a professional and courteous manner. I explained why I was there, that my trade in was on its last legs and wasn’t sure I would be approved for a new car. Drake put me at ease and said we should take the truck for a test drive and see what would work out. Well sure as anything I ended up being approved for the truck and ended up buying it. Everyone from Drake to the financial department were kind, patient, and professional. The next day the engine light on the truck came on and the A/C stopped blowing cold air. I immediately brought the truck back to Simpson and no sooner had I turned off the engine, Drake was greeting me asking how I was doing and how could he help. I explained the situation and Drake immediately took my new truck back to the head mechanic and within a few minutes a diagnosis was given to me. A blown thermostat. They gave me a loaner free of charge and will my truck fixed by the next day. I truly appreciate how Drake and the whole Simpson team handled the situation quickly, and with concern to my well being. I’m glad I chose Simpson Chevrolet and I would anyone I know to give them a chance. I especially recommend Drake as your salesperson. He’s not pushy at all, very professional, listens to a customer’s needs, and does everything to take care of you.

We always come here for an oil change and always get good service. Yesterday in particular we got amazing service by Todd. He was quick & professional. We also stated that the tire pressure light was on and he was able to update us (via text) that we did in fact have a nail in our tire. They do not offer services to take the nail out but he did recommend what to do and where to go.
