Awful service. I just wanted to swoop in to look for a few things. My son was getting pretty tired and grumpy. We were greeted. I acknowledged it and did not engage anyone. The short brunette spoke to my child as we walked by asking 'how was your day'. I despise the slimey sales tactic to approach a child when a parent is really responding as a desired. I picked up a tester and the brunette started rattling on about the product. Take a hint lady! Fed up with the negative sales swarminess I said "forget it" but the tester and walked to the door. What did she do, loudly expressed her sarcastic "Have a nice day." People like her are awful. Imagine a salesperson putting a blight on your day because you are rushing with a special needs child who isn't so entertained by shopping. Grow up AWFUL woman. The world doesn't revolve around YOU. YOU ARE PAID TO SELL NOT DRIVE CUSTOMERS OUT OF THE STORE. If i'm not signalling interest . then don't dare try to engage a child . And don't dare badger people and then be sarcastic out loud at a customer with other people in the store. Shameful level of customer experience. There now i've spoken for the world to read. Hope you got satisfaction being awful.

Tried to call the business multiple times. So decided to stop by. I stopped out front and watched a employee staring at the cell phone. Tried to call while watching the employee. Straight to voice mail. Won't be giving any of my business to them

Came in to buy my facewash that I've had for the past 4 years, and sadly found out it was discontinued. However this didn't matter as a lovely, extremely helpful Sales Assistant, Lamar, helped me out. He was so patient going through nearly every type of range and didn't products, as they had a sale '2 for 1' and I was deciding on my last product. He was incredibly sweet and helpful, giving me information that would help me and work best for my skin, not just trying to sell me any product. If I didn't live so far away I would come back every time I need a refill, just to be able to have him serve me.

LaMar and the other fabulous girl working were EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the beautiful philosophy of the brand and all the product line! I’m so happy companies like this are offering cruelty free conscious products at great prices! They have a great buy 2 get one free special now- I can’t wait to go back to pick up my DROPS OF YOUTH skincare!! Thanks for the great shopping experience! It was awesome you had a petition available to sign to END ANIMAL TESTING FOREVER! I was honored to add my name to the list! I strive to live CRUELTY FREE ✌️💓😍
