Marshals at that location should improve. Staff appears to be sloppy in checking out rather self focused instead of understanding customers needs/ wants if they honor the customers at that store they should improve. Their behavior ethics tells how much they care about their jobs at Marshall’s. They should represent the company instead of whatever they want to represent.

Steven Arturo

During this time I was being assisted by the Manger of the location by the name of Casey. She was impatient with the other guests and customers. There no need to rush the people who just bought the products, but indeed she was. It seemed like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed but no need to take it out work. Because very easily she could have made an error on someone's purchase.

Jane Jimenez

Bad customer service. Employees giving out misinformation. I was trying to return a item purchase around holiday season. Employee was unsure about it. Went to ask another employee about it. She told me with attitude "The holiday return policy actually ended yesterday". I then proceed to try to return a beauty item. Here comes the rude employee, telling the cashier that was ringing me up. "That they also don't do returns on beauty items. When I got in my car looked up another Marshall's to call and ask. Sure enough, they told me the return holiday policy ends today, not yesterday like the girl had said. When I went to the other Marshall's that I called they also were able to help me out to return my beauty product. This will be the last time that I shop at this Marshall's in Irvine.

Tim Castrejon

Waited in line for 20 minutes wondering why employees kept walking up to the registers, looking at the line of customers waiting. Then decided to walk away without handling the line. Employees were when called for backup, and each one conducted themselves in the same manner. One of the girls that did this was named marina. She felt that talking amongst the racks of clothes to another girl wearing far to much makeup was more important. I didn't manage to get her name, or the young man who acted in the same manner. But in the photo you will see him. In summation, you may want to skip coming here.
