Management has been overly accommodating with me making a move from the east coast. Timelines have changed and they have created new leases to accommodate (with no complaints). I am so happy with my decision to live at The Royce.

The complex is beautiful and tranquil.. The rooftop is awesome and great spaces for grilling. The views from the rooftop are a panoramic picture for sure! The gym is state of the art! If you are looking for a great place to call home, The Royce is a winner!!!

I am a current tenant here for about a year now. I really have been enjoying my stay. I have especially had such a great experience with their new management that came in right around the time we moved in. Jessica the assistant manager is especially so helpful and sweet. My husband and I enjoy the snacks that they put out for everyone with coffee in the mornings, and we had such a fun time at the Halloween event they through on the rooftop. The gym is spectacular and they even offer free workout classes now. You can tell this place really makes an effort to make the residents living here happy.

I am beyond satisfied with my entire experience so far with living at The Royce. The entire staff provides exceptional customer service. From the front desk leasing office mangers, consultants, temps, to the service workers, and the custodians and ground keepers. Everyone is lovely. The property is lovely. It is extremely clean which I love! And the residents are very friendly! ----- I have submitted two maintenance requests for little things in the apt and they have came in under 24-hours to fix the requests! ---- The property pretty much has wifi available for us in all of the common areas which is very nice and comes in handy when I don't want to work inside of my apartment. -- Thank you so much to the entire Royce staff & leasing staff for allowing our move to feel so warming and welcoming!
