Living here has been wonderful. I’d previously lived in north OC, and Toscana was a huge improvement on both the location and the amenities. You couldn’t ask for better weather, and the nearby restaurants and stores are excellent. I also adore having the San Jaoquin marshes next door. We love this place.

I am loving living at Toscana. I toured with Lulu and Chie on different occasions over the last year. I decided on Toscana and absolutely love my new apartment. The leasing team are all kind and attentive. Johnny from maintenance went above and beyond when we had a service request. I highly recommend Toscana.

My husband and I just moved in to a one bedroom here at Toscana. We absolutely love it here! We were able to bring each of our dogs and noticed there are many different breeds here we’ve met on our walks so far. Everyone so far has been friendly and welcoming, especially the housing staff. Kim, my personal favorite, has been an angel helping us move in. She was so quick, attentive and thorough with our move in paperwork; she helped us with a step by step process and she followed up with us to make sure we were happy! Thank you for making my family feel so welcomed to this beautiful community! Toscana feels like it’s own villa, it’s own entity. We feel like we’ve moved into a safe, beautiful and comfortably private community. We noticed the club house had a gym, sauna, pool table, fusball table, and plenty of table space for studying or inviting out friends. There are basketball courts, tennis courts and three different pools that we saw. We even found a hiking trail and a little playground less than a few minutes from our front door. We love these amenities! If you’re looking for a quiet, private, beautiful place to live, I recommend Toscana. 😊 Ask for Kim’s help! She’s so amazing!

I left a year and four months of my memories at this place. It was an unforgettable time. Experiencing the intense heat of Southern California’s summer, grand sight of sunset on my balcony every afternoon, thick clouds of wildfires in early autumn, and going through almost a year’s suffering pandemic, I was used to everything in Toscana. No matter what is going on outside, Toscana is always a safe place with livable environment, a place that is full of birds' twitter and scent of flowers. It has a great location if you need to visit UC Irvine frequently. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. The facilities inside the building are working well. Apartment managers are friendly and helpful, especially leasing consultant Hisham Toufik. I strongly recommend if you are new in Irvine.🧏🏻
