Obsessed w leasing consultant, Matthew! Set the most positive tone from the onset when I called the office. I was met with exceptional service, professionalism, and sense of humor! He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. At the end of the day, the unit at Fusion did not work out for us given the specs and lack of storage space, but definitely would recommend this lovely community and management leasing office (Tina was also awesome too).

I've been living at Fusion for the last 6 months and it's been a great experience so far! TLDR: fairly new luxury building + rooftop pool was a big selling point for me and the new staff took over early 2020 so the older reviews may not reflect the current living conditions. Pros: - Beautiful amenities that are well maintained (rooftop pool views, grill areas, clubhouse, gym, kids play area, koi pond) - Attentive, responsive, and friendly management staff (especially Nelly from the Leasing office and Joe Joe / Daniel from Maintenance) - Newish property (stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, hardwood floors in main areas, balcony, parking usually on the same floor as unit, minimal noise level from neighbors) - Convenient location to highways and shopping areas (Costco/Target/supermarkets; walkable to Diamond Jamboree) Cons: - Package delivery to the mailroom can be a nightmare with boxes all over the place, making it difficult to locate your packages. There's a locker system (parcel pending) for safety, but lately it hasn't been used and yet it's a $6 monthly charge. - Guest parking is limited and sometimes spots run out (so people need to find parking off property). Side note: parking garage is tight when turning; at times it can feel unsafe when cars drive too fast or don't use mirrors to watch for others. Oftentimes there are issues with the garage door entrance/exit as well. - Outdoor noise level from garbage dumpster, landscaping, or dog park from Fusion or nearby properties (but that's typical for any community). Overall, I am really enjoying my stay at Fusion. It has everything I'm looking for in a building from a luxury/safety standpoint (rent $ is definitely on the higher end, so I'm not sure if I will renewing my lease). Also before you move in, be sure to download the Rentgrata app to chat with current residents for a possible concession bonus towards your rent (and for whoever refers you). I want to start off by saying that no matter where you live there will be flaws and while Fusion has definitely had it's fair share of issues, they have overcome most of them and my family can't imagine living anywhere else. I will say the bad reviews you have seen were true but we are also now under new management and it has been nothing but smooth sailing since they took over. Tina especially has gone above and beyond for us. We have lived here over a year and were first attracted to Fusion for their new furnishings and amazing amenities. We love going to the rooftop to play shuffle board and enjoying sitting by the fire several times a week. We were the first tenants in our specific apartment so everything was new. We love how big the kitchen is and don’t know how we will ever live in a different apartment after this. One of our favorite things about Fusion is the maintenance team. JoJo is over the top friendly and so helpful, truly one of the kindest men you will ever meet. The whole crew can be seen cleaning every part of the building consistently and thoroughly. I love that they rinse down the courtyards everyday and you never see trash sitting around. It is always so clean. My wife loves how safe we feel here and how friendly all the neighbors are. While we don’t see everyone the people we do encounter are always cheerful and kind to one another. We truly love living here and don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon!

Great location with an awesome view and a great promotion offer during this difficult time. The community and the apartment is much up to date. Nelly from the leasing office made the tour very quick, easy and safe in the midst of everything going on. Thank you so much for all your help! Amazing customer service!
