Needed some shower parts in a hurry. Scott helped us determine exactly what we needed and since it was out of stock locally he found another location where I could do a will call pickup. All the staff was super helpful and courteous. Will definitely come back here for our next project.

Was trying to track down a specific faucet due to breaking a handle. The receptionist was really helpful and directed me to their website after looking in their showroom. I had a quick question on ordering and she was going to refer me to a salesperson. I only wanted to know how long shipping typically took, but didn't feel like waiting. I only waited 2-3 minutes and ended up leaving...so not blaming them for my impatience.

The staff is very rude with no respect for their customers. Avoid this place if you can help it. The staff doesn't deserve support if they won't even let people with babies sit down while they wait their turn. They've limited their capacity to the number of sales people they have in the store so it takes forever to be seen even with the store 90% empty. So even if you don't need their slimy salesmen, they make you deal with one tailgating you the whole time. This has nothing to do with covid but only to do with them forcing you to deal with their sales people. Its a joke.
