If you go to River Rhythms which happens during the summer on Thursday evenings which is a music concerts they have food vendors there but I'm not sure exactly what they are but normally have to bring your own food they do have BBQ Pits that you can use in a covered Pavilion that you can sit under you can also rent them the Pavilion through Parks and Rec Recreation if you need to do a large party.
None, you would have to bring your own food. There are several restaurants within walking distance.
During River Rythems, several to choose from. I love the taco truck. There is also a beer garden, but you can bring your own alcohol after 5:30.
