It was a fun place for our family reunion picnic but it was annoying that we made a reservation for the covered area only to find out when we arrived that the restrooms were "closed for the season!" This was in the middle of the summer!!

Just took my daughter and neices and nephew to the park today. They all had a great time playing on the equipment and everything was in good repair.

No there isn't but if your dog's friendly you can usually find an area where you can go down there and nobody will disturb you if they see that you have a dog off the leash
Not sure. But the area is quite safe
Go to city of Albany website. There venues for rent not sure about Riverpark. The community has events all the time there
Not likely there's been no talk of it or anything. I think they may change when they do it or skip this year due to covid
If you go to River Rhythms which happens during the summer on Thursday evenings which is a music concerts they have food vendors there but I'm not sure exactly what they are but normally have to bring your own food they do have BBQ Pits that you can use in a covered Pavilion that you can sit under you can also rent them the Pavilion through Parks and Rec Recreation if you need to do a large party.
There is a "Movies at Montieth" Facebook page which shows all the movies they will be playing this year.
There is a shelter and a stage at the place. Last I knew rental was $200
