Dr. Fletcher and staff are my Absolute Heros!! 5 stars is simply Not enough!! On a day where it seemed impossible to get help for my dog Anywhere (under $5000... or at Any reasonable time), Dr. Fletcher took us in and did an amazing job, for an Extremely Reasonable price. I absolutely 100% recommend Albany Animal Hospital and Dr. Ken! Thank you All ... from the bottom of my heart!!!

I just got home from camping and found my bearded dragon almost dead so I rush her to vets but then realize I didn't have my wallet so they let me run home where I can't find my wallet anywhere cause I accidentally left it at a little convenience store, it's closing time for the vet as well. I call them in tears saying I can't pay the $230+ bill till the next day cause I have to go pick up my wallet. I offer to leave something for collateral as well. They tell me they did some preventative care at no charge and send me home to watch her slowly die instead of helping her so she could live her full life. I get it's a business and there there to make money but last I checked a vet looks at an animal as a part of the family so for the sake of $200 my pet who does and went everywhere with me like a dog would had to die cause she was impacted and they couldn't wait to get paid. How can anyone put a price on a life?

Our experiences here have been over the top! When our dog Mugzee (Jack Russel) had cancer and there was nothing else we could do, Dr. Sara was so attentive to him and us as we had to put him to sleep. She let us be alone together on the patio on a warm summer day and spend time with him after the procedure. As we went back to our car I saw her gently wrap him in his blanket and lovingly carry him inside the clinic. We now have Gage (Black Lab) and Dr. Sara is so patient with him. She noticed his anxiety at our last visit and spent extra time calming him before his shots. She also prescribed medication for the anxiety which has been a great help. We highly recommend this clinic to everyone!
