I'm not sure, exactly. I had my cat spayed last year, but she had a promethazine and nonviable kittens that had to be removed. It was about $600, maybe less. Yours wouldn't be nearly that expensive. They will want to see your kitten for an exam and do all of the well kitten stuff first. That adds up a little. They do accept care credit and you can apply for it through their web site. Everyone is great there, they will take excellent care of you and your kitten.
