On leash, and as a runner (several go out there) we always appreciate those who have their dogs on leash so the dogs don't run up and approach us why running and so they can be guided to one side when we run by. It can be dangerous if a dog is wandering around and walks/run infront of us at the last second causing us to quickly change directions on uneven ground.

Not allowed off-leash at this park. There are so many dogs at this park on the weekends, you probably better off keeping him on a leash
