No, this is a nature preserve not a camping facility. However Cedar Hill State Park is close by

Negative. Closes at dark. However Joe Pool isn't far and they do have campgrounds.

There is no overnight camping. The park closes at dark. However, I have see people set up tents for day hikes!

Its closer to Hiking trails than a camp ground. Great for a daily exercise. Lots of people go for a nature run
