Can not be transferred with the 13rd magazines. Turners sells 10rd magazines made by Mec Gar, that function as well as the OEM magazines from Browning do. As far as finding one, they are discontinued from the manufacturer, but can still be found private party, by searching armslist/calguns.
Possession of a magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds is a felony in California.
Try gun world in burbank
You can try looking at Burbank Guns And Ammo, I heard they had some new consignments
13 round magazines currently banned in California. You can go to dealer to transfer weapons but magazines can only have 10 round capacity.
It is impossible to have anything cross state lines into Ca that has more than 10 in the magazine. Because of the wording of the legislation the gun in most cases that would be issued with a "standard" capacity magazine, are simply not alowed in state. You could do a private party transfer without the magazine potentially, but you will have to get someone to sell you a high power, which is easier said than done. Gun Broker might be your best bet, but that would be based on luck of the draw, go to a high power fanboy sight and see if someone might be willing to sell their second or third. Have a good one, and good luck.
Probably anywhere outside of California...
