Never had a problem here. Employees have been very informative and helpful whenever I have questions about anything or come in to purchase items. They’re not there to educate the customers, that’s what google is for. Yes, there is a long wait because there are many customers and all the paperwork takes time. If you don’t have time to wait, go elsewhere where they charge you ridiculous prices for the same things.

The Pasadena Store sets higher standard for ammo purchases than the state requires. "Its store policy" "it just changed" is the common response. ---CA Accepts Current Vehicle Registration if DL has old address and Registration has New address. (this is a legal form of identification in the state) Fishing counter also lacking in helpfulness.

Manager, who seemed to primarily work in the firearms department, scolded his archery department staff (who had far more customer service sense than his boss) about helping customers "near closing time" (i.e. to this store's policy: 30 mins). This was while I was literally in the middle of being helped by the staff member in setting up my archery equipment....The manager didn't take the staff person aside at least out of customer's earshot and didn't care that I, the customer, was literally standing right there to witness the uncomfortably tense exchange...In fact, he couldn't even be bothered to leave his gun booth to tell his staff that he shouldn't be helping me "so close" to closing time...The staff member felt pressured enough by his boss that he stopped working on my equipment and apologetically told me to come back another day. The only reason I gave this store 2 stars instead of 1 stars is because the store at least has a decent selection of emergency archery equipment such as rests, nocks, vanes, etc.; and the archery staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. But I'd honestly take my business elsewhere in the future where it would at least be appreciated because it seems to be a store policy to not care about customers that aren't here to buy an AR15-style rifle....

The workers are sarcastic and rude. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Ps:Rebecca, if you don’t like your job, stop working here little miss cashier with an attitude. She is also more interested on her phone than helping people. There is this Hispanic dude with curly hair that was very nice and helpful. He’s the only reason I will be back. Update 4/29/22: they are getting better employees. They are diversifying which is great. Daniel was very helpful and I will def be coming back! Good job Turners.

Yes, there are plenty of IR, thermal and FLIR optics to chose from. Both rail-mounted and hand held are available.
Can not be transferred with the 13rd magazines. Turners sells 10rd magazines made by Mec Gar, that function as well as the OEM magazines from Browning do. As far as finding one, they are discontinued from the manufacturer, but can still be found private party, by searching armslist/calguns.

Turners is a great place. Our choices are somewhat limited and they are a bit on the expensive side. But other than that they are helpful and they dont talk down to you just cause you have a question about a certain gun.

First and foremost. Make sure that someone familiar with guns makes sure that all weapons are unloaded, Turners does not appraise and resell. Contact Martin B. Retting Guns Store in Culver City. They not only can appraise but they regularly but guns and resell them out of state so they will low ball you on the price but they can get the job done.

If you go in today and take your F.S.C test you can purchase your firearm, and then start your dros process and backround check, it.will take exactly 10 days to the minute. Make aure you have your license and registration or another method of proving your residence. There is an f.s.c. study guide on the bottom of the turners website. Good luck.
I Don't know, call them or ask them online. That was another attempt by our communist governor to rip the rights under the 2nd amendment from the citizens of this state. Just another of his (midnight-backroom) deals. If it has hit the ballot, it would have never happened.
