Great at the start, but this company has become a bit of a nightmare! Read the Yelp reviews. I just renewed my lease, and customer service is tanking… staff have been slow to respond and rude/unprofessional when they do! Very disappointing. The high Google reviews almost all talk about Shermona. She gave the tour of my home and was truly wonderful - give her a raise! But my day-to-day tenant experience has *not* been with her. Two stars because I love the property and, though there were initial hiccups with the home when I moved in, they handled them very promptly and professionally. Hoping this is a staff issue that can be fixed.

Finding a rent in this market is very difficult and when we saw a house in San Marino, we wanted to see the house right away. Shermona showed the house quickly and took a time to answer our questions patiently. She was thorough and very knowledgeable when we asked about the process.
