I think its considered a bar. Only 21 and up. Its not a restaurant.

I've been carded twice here. I've never seen children at this establishment nor has my girlfriend who frequents Coin Haus.
I wouldn't. It's loud and there is a ton of stimulus that I would think would overload am infants senses.

Perhaps in lunch...day light but wouldn't recommend this is like a chuck e cheese for adults 😉
It might not be the best place for an infant but they are pretty welcome to little ones. Plenty of tables away from the taps and games if you need to feed or sit down. Expect it to be pretty loud all around though.
