This family owned business is the best! Give them a try over the big corporate music stores in town and you will be pleasantly surprised of all Alan's Music Center has to offer!

My son plays the flute and trumpet we got both instruments here very good quality. Everything we looked for they have it.. Was looking for extra flute classes and I found them there too at a decent affordable price..

Alan's is what I expected to find from a small music shop. They don't have the corporate sterility of Sam Ash or Guitar Center, it's more like wandering into a musical Gringots. The staff is knowledgeable and have been a huge help in getting me up and running learning saxophone again.

San Diego's finest, and largest music store.. this is a quality store with all levels of music instruments. Alan's son Bob runs the store, with a very patient and keen approach to helping out beginners and professionals alike. They are sewn into the fabric of SD city and are a must visit for all aspiring musicians. They offer rent to own, instrument service and also classes for all levels and types. I own an Alto Sax, and just took it there for servicing. Bob helped me out, and made me felt at ease to ask all the questions I needed to ask. No rush store, with its own parking and a wonderful ambience. this is also a great store for music teachers, with a variety of books and tools. 10/10 would recommend

Call them and ask, they're there to help you.
Yes I think they do. They also used to rent instruments but don't know if they still do.
If they don't, they know where and when to get one. They know a lot.
Yes, and there's even a teacher or three if youre interested!
Yes, they repair and sell all instruments. I bought my son's trumpet there, on a very easy payment plan.
Call this no and ask them Call this not and ask them +16194661938
Yes
They do sell drum sticks. I don't know if they sell the ones you are looking for.
Go visit them. Buy music books and instruments
They rent all sorts of instruments. Just call and ask.
I would just go into Alan's Music and ask them. They may know some one. Or Taylor Guitars in El Cajon. They give tours of their work place where they make Taylor guitars.
Yes they can but it is gonna be a long wait. Try the windsmith on Granada Street in North Park. He usually takes 3 days not two weeks.
Yes they can do that. :)
