This place is a farce, there is no justice here, just a criminal institution living in a bubble. Equality under the law, that's a lie, innocent until proven guilty, that's a lie. They will destroy you, your career, your family your reputation well before hearing any facts. Hopefully one day these people here will be prosecuted for their crimes under a system that is not as cruel as their own.

My son was in court and his Public Defender rudely left my son in the courtroom without counsel and her co-workers and the Judge had no idea where she was, so the case had to be scheduled out AGAIN, because of the unacceptable code of ethics. The Judge allowed this behavior without any discipline.

I hate this place and I hate going . The police/ Sheriff's , and deputies all Thieves And they steal your personal belongings if you have the misfortune I'm being detained.. Unfortunately twice earrings have been stolen from me. And who's gonna police them? Themselves It's all a joke until your valuables come up stolen And no one cares

Call the main Clerk's office at the courthouse (303-659-1161) and ask them what you should do. Have your case number with you when you call, as they will probably ask for it.
I would say you would want to hand deliver it to get a receipt or something to acknowledge them receiving it. I'm not an expert but it seems to make sense that this should be done.
Go to records on 1st floor have ur case number
If you miss the court date.you could be issued a bench warrant. Call the courts and ask if you can change the date

Sit in court and await the jurys verdict.

To the best of my knowledge you have to do it in person. I had to do this last week
Looks like they close at 1pm but I would just call the main number and get to someone and then let then know what you need and they should be able to assist you from there.
If you have reason to suspect you may have one, you probably do. I should add, also, that if you really want confirmation about a warrant, just walk in to any jail or police station, give them your name, your birthday -- basic info -- and what you think you might have a warrant for. They will then have a warrant unit check and let you know for sure.
No not that i know of but it should be. Like all the other county offices around the State.
There is different fax numbers for different departments. It depends on who you're trying to contact.
Because all cases have a "fee" for the victims assistance fund, whether a victim was involved in your case or not.
You can find out here: https://www.courts.state.co.us/Courts/County/Dockets.cfm?County_ID=55
When you walk in the front door and get past Security, look for a monitor on the wall and look for your name on the list. It lists out everyone's name and what room to go to.
I think you're trying to ask how you Get a public defender in Colorado. If you have been charged criminally in the court system you can apply through the court for a public defender. If you have not committed a crime you cannot get a public defender. Call up The public defender's office in the County And get their address and then go apply for a public defender
It depends on the kind of extension you're asking for. If you have a criminal case you have to appear in court to get an extension. If you're looking for more time to pay a fine you can call the collections department and they will answer your question.
Yes

You have to go to the records department of the police department that wrote the report.
No, the Adam's County Courts are open 12/24 and 12/31. They are closed 12/25 and 1/1. I don't know about Brighton Municipal Court

You'll have to stop by with the marriage certificate along with his social security card to show his name and relation to you.
This way of asking is community based. Not all official capacity. If you need to know that you will have to call or visit.
I would file locally. It depends on a lot. Your best bet is to swing by and ask
