I have two dogs that passed away lasr year. One has license and rabbi shot due now and have received notification from you. How am I suppose to notify you of their passing?

There was a box to check that said "deceased" on my deceased dog's renewal form. I just checked the box and sent it back.

I sent mine back stating that my dog passed away. That was good enough.
