Im sure there is more to the story, but nothing hurts worse than losing a pet, find the lesson in this tragedy and do what you can so it doesn't happen again, even if it means changing the breed of dog you choose for a pet. With so many animals up for adoption this might be at least part of the solution. You can't change what happened to Cody but you can change how you do things differently with your next pet. Not for just barking at them. If he showed any aggression then maybe but not just barking.. And officers rather pull a gun then mace anything really.. Tigger happy with a badge gotta love them
