Is this place a scam? They send out a bill in 2021 from 2018 and if its not paid in 20 days, it goes to collection? I see this type of scam every day and what makes AFV any different then the fake in Nigeria?

I would just call them, everyone I've ever talked to there were excellent. Don't call the # on your bill, call them directly & ask. Some scammers use the name of real businesses but have nothing to do with them

I'm not sure about that. I know they have a certain area they patrol over, the additional surrounding areas are covered by the county. Depends on what the bill is for.
