Don't know. You would have to call Kootenai county dept of license for price. It's based on make/ model and year of your car or based on retail price of you bought it in Idaho.
I don't know either but I bought my last car in Arizona after an accident and the taxes there overall are higher but the car tax was less. The dealer should be able to look up rates for both states for you.
Sorry, I do not know about Nevada but I'msureit is higher. It is nice and low in Idaho.
