No charge, but donations are excepted. Charge to enter park is a few dollars.
Yaquina Bay Lighthouse is free. At Yaquina Head Lighthouse you have to pay when you enter the park at the rangers office. It cost a few dollars per vehicle. They only take cash at the rangers office but you can pay with a card at a kiosk next to the building. After that everything is free but they do have donation boxes available.
