I placed an order in December of 2021. My credit card was billed but the order did not arrive. I contacted them by phone, Facebook, written letter, and phone message. I did not receive a response; simply silence. My order finally arrived July 2022.

This is the best shop ever!! Great variety the price’s are decent and quality item’s!! If you need help or item’s fixed this is the spot. Very pleasant and positive vibe’s!! Professional and pleasant help. She made my sister and I a beautiful bracelet with the love and care!! So thankful it was the best shop we visited in Newport. Masks are required. Hand sanitizer is available and recommended. Pens and surfaces are cleaned regularly. You may be asked to wait if social distancing can't be maintained.
