The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond for their residents. I felt safe, comfortable, and at home. If a problem araises staff is quick to respond. They're always available to help the residents, and guide them in the right directions.

EVERYONE THERE IS FULL OF LOVE AND CARE...I WAS THERE FROM FLORIDA IN THE MEN SHELTER IN 2012..5⭐MORE!!! GENESIS HOUSE OLEAN NY I LOVE THAT TOWN..( GOD BLESS )

Questions & Answers

Will the genesis house help register and insure my car? One stop claims they wont provide funding because I dont need to travel more than 2 miles to work.

They do not have funding for that and also that's somethign they can't help with. Only reason how I know is bc I am having same issue and I just asked yesterday.

What are the rooms like that are offered to the families??

They are decent sized and very clean. I stayed there with my son and the women that work there are wonderful.
