When you get your oil changed if the employees know what they're doing they don't need a history of what your car has had they'd know what it needs but with all the scams you hear about them not doing the oil at all or stripping out the drain plug with air tools safest bet is to do it yourself
The staff is verry helpful and knowledgeable most of all they take great care in your concerns that is why i will bring my car here
It's way better than the jiffy lube in tigard. Personal opinion but they are still lacking
