I've been with Consumer Cellular since January this year. things were okay. In June they started saying my account was past due despite evidence on my bank statements that they have received my payments. one Rep was very rude and not helpful. I went ahead with a charge dispute through my credit card service. Still CC denies I have made payments and have cut off my cell service(!!!) I'm confused and dread talking to them tomorrow. May need some legal advocacy. As soon as I can I will cancel this service.

Called customer service. Talked with one of the rudest employees ever chastity really needs to find a different line of work the fact she hates her job is obvious and the company she works for. Training in customer service should be the next step for this employee. Her bad attitude toward customers is giving your company a bad name. Hope your company is able to help her she really needs it.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service! It is supposed to be a company that is Senior Friendly...NOT! Calls are routed outside of the country..it is very difficult to understand the reps..even though they are trying their best; only to be re-routed back to a US supervisor when the cannot help. I had to intervene with my father. It has taken 2 days to port a number. Pacific time is also a hindrance. Company needs better training and support with senior customer. In the end it really is not a savings at all. Disappointed in the customer service all around. Buyer BEWARE!

BEWARE of Consumer Cellular's compatibility checker. My Galaxy S8 phone was deemed "compatible" with the CC network BEFORE I decided to switch to CC, so I decided to proceed with the switch. After several hours on the phone with customer support, I was told "sorry, just kidding, your phone is actually not compatible, you'll need to buy a new phone." I was not offered any credit or compensation for the fraudulent methods they used to get me to switch. I have reported to the BBB. CC must immediately remove the compatibility checker from their website, and instead say "Bring your own phone at your own risk, we don't know beforehand if it will work with our network or not."

Yes You can . Save the Contact's to Your SIM card .
Call the IT helpline and they can reset it for you
Call Consumer Cellular before you send them anything. Then go from there.
Do not know answer to this.
I visited the Clackamas Target about 3 weeks ago and they were totally out of Consumer Cellular phones at that time. Just give them a call before you leave to make sure they got some in. The gal that was working at the time was Crystal and she was very helpful.
I have a new Android phone. How can I connect to voice mail?
consumer cellular voice mail
With most phones you can go to their contacts setting and add a new contact. If you call your provider they can walk you through it step by step.
It's referred to as a home base. It will go off of the cellphone network. It is $60. Or they have used ones as an option for I believe $20. You will connect your home phone to the base and that is how you will be able to use the base. ***
You can go to target and get help, they are a retailer for Consumer Cellular
What is the question
Master reset will fix your issue.
You can view your usage and invoices when you sign in to your online account at www.consumercellular.com/login.
I don't think they have a discount for that yet
Just call the customer service number
I can't get through either all it says is hit pound and then password. no actual person to talk to at the corporate office. I was told to call only to get off the reps back. This place is horrible!
yep its all a scam as i'm finding out.
Just call the customer service number and ask to cancel
It depends on which plan you have
Why am I getting this about cc phones?huh?
Yes consumer cellular sells IPhones. You can buy them at target stores or by calling their 1-800 number and speaking with a rep (all their customer service locations are based in in the USA) or by going online and ordering on. Hope this helps!
Yes you can, they can't guarantee it will work but you can try it
The best thing you can do is get rid of them. I did they are not nice people. I had them for 2 weeks. It cost me $30 and I got nothing. In during them for $1000.im sueing them
