I had a wonderful experience at The Smile Lounge. The dentist really made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time I was there. The amount of effort this practice puts in to make sure every appointment is tailored to your needs really shows. I'd reccomend anyone scared of the dentist to go to The Smile Lounge.

My overall experience has been beyond. A very caring doctor that saw me when my former dentist could not see me and was in unbearable pain. I since transferred my care to him and saw him for my next treatment. I love their office and the scenery outside from the patient room. He's gentle, asks and cares in every way to be safe and certain that you're not experiencing any kind of discomfort. The receptionist is nice and answers any questions. I generally recommend this office. It's great that he has a tv above so you can watch while he's treating you .... very thorough in examining and explaining things. THANKS The Smile Lounge.

I have had the same dentist for my entire life, but because I moved up to Oregon, I was in need of a new one. Dr. Henderson is awesome! He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything he was looking for and doing. The office is very nice and clean. I will definitely be coming back for all my teeth cleanings!

What a great experience! After my dentist of 10+ years retired, I dentist hopped a couple dentists in Beaverton and had poor experiences due to my dental anxiety and sensory issues & gag reflex. Until today! Dr Henderson not only listened to my concerns but was interested in learning more and was super accommodating in helping me get through my appointment. He was personable and respectful and I felt comfortable enough to relax a bit when usually I’m high strung during dentist appointments. He treated me like a person and not a problem when I kept gagging. The office itself has beautiful views, private rooms with doors, and is quiet and clean. Having a room with a door means you’re not hearing the drills and water and other patients around you, and that your conversations around your health are private. The TVs on the ceiling are also a great distraction and takes your mind off of what’s happening. Overall I am so relieved to have found the Smile Lounge and for the first time in my life I’m looking forward to my next dental appointment in 6 months. Thank you so much Dr Henderson!

Absolutely. We know that patients are always worried about the cost of dentistry, and wonder if they can afford it. We offer a membership plan that bundles all your preventative services for a full year, and gives you 15% off any treatment. Our patients who don't have insurance have found this to be a great alternative to make their care affordable without the hassle of dealing with insurance.
We have quite a few patients with dental anxiety. We help our patients relax in a variety of ways. One, we build a relationship with them where they trust us, know that they're in control of the appointment and can stop the appointment or take a break at any time. Two, we have amenities to entertain and distract you during your appointment - we have tvs on the ceiling to play movies/shows during your appointment, and have wireless headphones so you can listen to music or podcast. We also can provide nitrous oxide (laughing gas) or medication to help you relax during your appointment.
Yes, I have been mentored by some of the top cosmetic doctors in the country. I am comfortable with most cosmetic procedures, like whitening, clear aligners, and veneers.
