I was at the store last night and saw a great many items but was upset to see that one customer was yelling and cursing out the employee about a refund before threatening to leave a review about the store as a scam. I was apologized to profusely for having to witness that situation and further saw the workers looking over the day in question security footage. What they found was that she was a lying scammer and didn’t even have the item she purchased on the receipt.

This is one of those places that you really have to have your smart shopper attitude about you. There's a lot of items that are retail prices because they're new new thank can be found in store at Costco or Target or wherever BUT when you start looking around you find a lot of sweet items at half the price. I found this really nice Marco New York jacket for $12, Filas walking shoes for $19, and Clorox wipes for $86 cents. This place definitely has a lot of gems you just have to look for them.

We arrived a half hour before closing time and then got yelled at to get out of the store when the closing time happened. There were 6 or 8 people in the store, so thought it was bizarre. I had a small child and was mortified at the nasty behavior of the employee. She was talking down to her coworker and being so rude. When I asked for pricing info I was treated with the worst customer service ever. I spoke up about it and she ended up giving me a discount but just had a feeling of being super rushed and unwelcome. We spent quite a bit of money but would have spent much more had we been able to finish what we were shopping for. One employee, said her name was Luna was very helpful and sweet. The other one, I asked her name because of the treatment.. her name was Nikki...was terrible with her attitude. Did not appreciate it at all. I ended up buying something that I thought was $7.50, but realized later it was actually $37.50 because I was so rushed I wasn't able to review the prices on the receipt. I would return it but don't feel the need to ever return to that store if she is working there...
