They have a lot of feedback on changing flights and stranding people. You also pay for everything, so what starts cheap adds up and your in a stripped down airplane. No comforts. Up to you if it is worth the gamble and austerity.
They're not the most trustworthy for keeping the schedule/cancelling flights.. but then again, United changed flights on me 3x times this year
