Has anyone else had a problem with flight crew having 0 responsibilities for breaking someone's expensive luggage 🧳 🙃 Delta broke my away luggage. Rude.

We fly Southwest, have never had a problem yet.

First off, the “flight crew” doesn’t handle your luggage. Also, airlines aren’t responsible for damaged luggage since the bag/suitcase goes through multiple hands and many belts. And if you have an Away brand luggage isn’t it protected for life?

I never check-in any expensive luggage only carry on is my way of handling it. That way if they loose my luggage or damage it I'm NOT S.O.L. I have a Lewie V. that's "carry on" approved and keep my irreplaceable s in there.
