Why is there never anybody who seems to answer the phone. Ever. Isn't there a customer service number? I elect to talk with all departments and none answer ever

Its hard to get through on the phone. Facts. It was always easier to just go n figure it out on my own. Also there is the website where can look up items in stock n prices.

Very busy place

If they r really busy with customers they don't answer cause there to busy customer service closes at 10 pm usually I believe after that it's really hard to get even a supervisor to answer to answer the phone at the customer service desk just keep trying til they answer I do.. I think they should have someone there to answer the phone til the store closes they don't have to do returns just answer the phone ..

I don't no
