This is an update. Dr. O has left for retirement. Since then care and importance of the patient has gone down into the dumps. 3 weeks ago I contacted the new "Answering Service", no result. Went in physically last Monday, (Aug 8th). Still without my prescription, (for high blood pressure). I am guessing the care there is non-existent at this time. Sad it is!!

I've had enough of the provider-go-round! The whole call and deal with someone somewhere for scheduling or a nurse who work for a subcontracting service and then wait for a call back? When they finally do call back it's always we have no openings so go to quick care and be tested for COVID because nobody can just called in and antibiotic? I have the test kits here and already checked. Once upon a time you could call a doctors office and speak with the office receptionist or nurse.

I have been there close to 12 years now. Pam is always ready to fill out paperwork or just answer a question. Dr. L is the absolute best doctor I have ever had. He takes his time to explain everything I ask. When he feels I need a second option he sends me immediately. Second options have never taken more then three weeks to be seen.Even if I prefer to see a CMMC Doctor back when the offices couldn't talk back and forth to each other. Example I went to see a St Mary's doctor and he and his staff were rude and there was no working with them he and Pam found a great doctor who made sure my doctor got his notes every time I saw this doctor. I don't know how many people I have suggested over the years. The office is awesome and I would not change. If he ever left there I would follow him were ever he went. Thanks to every in the office and a huge thanks to Pam And Dr L

I've been a patient at this practice for about five years. Everyone there is awesome, providers and support staff alike. They got us through Covid and were always available by phone for questions. This, to me is what you should look for and expect in a family practice. Thank you MAFM Staff!
