Waited 2 and a half hours for a pizza! I'm 3 blocks away....they gave me points toward a free pizza, then removed them 2 days later! I wont order from them ever again

They stopped the timer for your free pizza within 2 minutes before they brought it to me lol Not to mention the lady on the phone was rude to me to the point I didn't dare place my order with her in fear of her doing something to my food so I waited a bit and placed it on my app since she hadn't gotten my name yet. I think I'll goto pizza hut from now on.

We ordered our food to be delivered to the car. The app said it was already delivered we were sitting in the parking lot. Food never was brought out we had to go in and pick up. Which is very interesting because it said it was already put in our vehicle.

First of all, the online menu shows you exactly what you're ordering. Secondly, you're ordering chicken from a pizza joint. Thirdly, complain to DOMINO'S, not Google, my friend. When you get a cold Big Mac do you go crack bad jokes in a Wendy's lobby? No bro. Domino's has a policy that I can't think of word for word right now because it's currently the middle of the night, but the point is to wow the customer. To not only right the wrong, to go above and beyond to retain the customer. They'll remake your food and ADD SOMETHING EXTRA. Try it. In the meantime, if you want chicken strips, KFC is probably the best place to go.
