Both reps were great with customer service however… I’m still not getting full bars let alone 5G liked promised. I got 5G for like two seconds then never again.

We walked in not knowing what to expect. We really needed new service and they far exceed our expectations on service cost. We're able to get us set up and even ended up with a iPad and a updated device for less then we were paying. They customer service was among the best we have received from a cell phone company. All the employees were extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I definitely recommend them if your looking for new devices or service or just just interested in switching carriers
