Maybe a lawsuit in all our names. They're demanding username and password for MY bank account!
I am also wanting to start up a lawsuit against them so if someone could message me more info, please do so. They are a complete scam and need a lawsuit against then immediately. A class action lawsuit will be the best way to approach this situation since it looks like there is plenty of people being screwed over the same way.

I am interested to know what issues you guys are having with them. I called and asked for a pay off amount on my car loan and they gave me my total balance. I told the guy helping me That if I pay off my car early that means all the interest needs to be removed, To which he responded it's in your contract. So I rephrase my question and asked what is the principal amount owed on my loan and again he quoted me the total balance. He couldn't tell me how much of my payment goes towards principle and how much goes towards interest all he kept saying is that I agreed to pay the total balance in my loan contract which after going over my loan contract is definitely not what I signed or agreed to.
Please if anyone knows a lawyer I’m being scammed big time !
