This is THE most ghetto financial institution I’ve ever worked with. Everyone with any positive thing to say was just grateful to get approved. Wait for what happens next! I’ve dealt with them for 3 years. I sacrificed and paid my loan off early because I never want to deal with them again! ⚠️ They are holding my title hostage and making up new fees out of thin air in order to keep this up. I have a letter saying I paid it off when I called to get an update they told me I have some fees $40 I have to pay and now I’m late. 🚨Never be late, they will send a repo truck the very next day payment is due and charge you for it. 📢 I was given multiple dollar amounts when I tried to pay my car off. It’s almost like who ever you speak to is counting on their fingers and toes. And even after I paid more then they asked just to be sure they came back with another dollar amount. 📝 Whoever you speak with NEVER leaves notes when you talk to them. The new person always “checks” and is clueless about your previous interaction the last time you called. 📣 Please listen to all of us who have dealt with them long term. Yes they are nice to you at first but they treat you inhumane later. They prey on those of us who don’t have many options. ⚠️ If you have problems and have to speak to someone everyone who has answers the phone has had an attitude problem.

This is the worse company out there please never use them, they are sketchy they have been getting over on me for 2 years. All my payments are not on my account. And my balance is still high after having my car 2 years, I called they are rude and have nasty attitudes. These people are not helpful this has been a stressful 2 years I am ready to give up my car I am tired of them.

the worst financing company i’ve ever dealt with. every representative i have talked with has been impolite, inconsiderate, rude and just unpleasant. all they are worried about is money. called to see when i would receive overpayment check, said it would take 30-40 days!!! but they sure did take their money quick. i highly would not recommend

worst financing company i’ve ever dealt with. every representative i have spoken with has been impolite, rude and just unpleasant. called recently to have an issue resolved there was no urgency, no sympathy and never got resolved. i asked about when i would be paid for an overpayment, and was told 30-40 days!!!! but they take your money quick! highly do not recommend anyone to do business with this company.

How do we get out of this mess? Second illegal Repo in first year. Repo comes out day of or 2 days after payment is caught up. you would think we owned a Porsche with our super high payments.

Sorry ran out of room. I can now refinance at a lower interest this loan helped me build my credit back up. Thanks Veros! If you have great credit get a lower interest loan if not go through Veros pay on time and it will fix your credit.

I had to mail in a check for the payoff amount. You can also pay through Moneygram, but I was not comfortable carrying around that amount of money.

Anyone know of a fraud attorney? They sold me a car at Ace motors and they see you bad credit and they don't want to take it back. It says veros credit that I have to pay.
