This is THE most ghetto financial institution I’ve ever worked with. Everyone with any positive thing to say was just grateful to get approved. Wait for what happens next! I’ve dealt with them for 3 years. I sacrificed and paid my loan off early because I never want to deal with them again! ⚠️ They are holding my title hostage and making up new fees out of thin air in order to keep this up. I have a letter saying I paid it off when I called to get an update they told me I have some fees $40 I have to pay and now I’m late. 🚨Never be late, they will send a repo truck the very next day payment is due and charge you for it. 📢 I was given multiple dollar amounts when I tried to pay my car off. It’s almost like who ever you speak to is counting on their fingers and toes. And even after I paid more then they asked just to be sure they came back with another dollar amount. 📝 Whoever you speak with NEVER leaves notes when you talk to them. The new person always “checks” and is clueless about your previous interaction the last time you called. 📣 Please listen to all of us who have dealt with them long term. Yes they are nice to you at first but they treat you inhumane later. They prey on those of us who don’t have many options. ⚠️ If you have problems and have to speak to someone everyone who has answers the phone has had an attitude problem.
This is the worse company out there please never use them, they are sketchy they have been getting over on me for 2 years. All my payments are not on my account. And my balance is still high after having my car 2 years, I called they are rude and have nasty attitudes. These people are not helpful this has been a stressful 2 years I am ready to give up my car I am tired of them.

I personally have not had one problem with them...since my dealership applied for the loan with them it has been smooth sailing all along...no complaints with me...I'm loving my experiencewith them one of the best I have dealt with.
So far they have been great with me. As long as I make my payments on time. Sorry you had a bad experience.

There together ace motors and Vero credit. 6 days after getting a car from ace motors Anaheim, the engine light came on.
