Kyle & Susan we’re absolutely wonderful! They were extremely helpful when finding the perfect washer for my husband and I. They explained all the details & differences for all the options which was very helpful. They made sure we had every thing set up, and Kyle even loaded the car for us! We are so happy to have immediate help when walking through the doors. Thank you so much Kyle & Susan, you guys did awesome!

Sabino was very friendly, professional, helpful and quick. I shared my fridge requirements and he immediately led me to the choices. He explained the differences, was nearby to answer any questions but was not pushy. He helped me select the best choice for my needs and sent me pictures after my purchase to show me the fridge was secured/wrapped and ready for delivery. I spoke with him over the phone that I was coming back for a washer/dryer and he had the 3 best choices to pick from when I walked in the door. Sabino's service felt very personalized and genuine. I would definitely suggest folks to check out this place first. During my time there, all the staff appeared friendly!

The staff (Damian & Ed) were very helpful and very pleasant. Thank you. We will definitely come back for any other appliance we may need. I needed to add an additional comment to thank the two delivery young men, Tony and Ruben. They were very professional and very polite. They installed my new refrigerator and explained the features. Thank you both for the additional help.

I don't believe you can, but they do have the original warranty on all their appliances.
I think they will take it. But, it is their store, not mine. They removed our old junkers when we bought a couple of new ones. Perhaps they will do the same for you. 🙂
Yes they do, they treat you very well and are very helpful!
They're new, yes, but more than likely overstock or from closing stores bought in bulk. Be careful of the store manager, he's kind of a tool. The associates in red are super nice!
It depends on what kind of refrigerator you buy!!!
Art in cerritos is great guy I will always go to see him when I need something they have
Yes! Our stores are open and available for instore shopping, instore pickup, as well as curbside pickup and delivery.
While you were always able to find a broad assortment of quality, take-it-home-today appliances, now you will also have access to brand name furniture and mattresses at low prices. You will also be able to get same-day delivery on all appliances, furniture and mattresses.* Meanwhile, customers can continue to experience fully trained, knowledgeable sales associates who can help you find the right product you need, along with the flexible payment option that works best for you.
No! The stores are thriving and will continue to operate, only with a brand new name and expanded product offerings. We'll still offer our same vast appliance assortment but with the added benefit of an expanded furniture and mattress assortment at incredible prices.
We sell what you'll need to outfit your entire house with quality, name-brand items. Mattresses and furniture items come brand new direct from the manufacturer, keeping prices low. We also have a mix of new, out of carton and slightly imperfect name-brand appliances. These imperfect appliances all pass a stringent and thorough testing and certification process before being sold in our stores. In addition, most carry the same manufacturer's warranties as new, in-box items.
No. Both Sears Outlet and the new American Freight Appliance, Furniture, Mattress are completely separate entities from Sears and Sears' parent company TransformCo. In fact, starting in late April, we will no longer use the Sears Outlet name and it will be removed entirely from all of our materials and business operations.
Sears Outlet will be rebranding over the course of April, leading up to a big grand re-opening celebration across all stores on April 23rd, 2020.
For over 50 years Sears Outlet has been a market leader when it comes to quality, brand-name appliances at low prices. American Freight has enjoyed similar success in the furniture and mattress category. We're combining that cumulative value under one roof to provide consumers a one-stop-shop for their favorite brands in appliances, furniture, and mattresses.
They are a disposal company for the once great Sears. Its a statement of the times I suppose. I can't believe they still sell twin mattresses for $1700. Dishwashers are about $800. No wonder they don't stay around. Good luck with the phones.
Because this place/store is way too BIG. If you really want some help and assistance, it's best that you go to the store directly. You will remember that Sears went belly up and bankrupt a while back. This store is "Sears" in name only. For a store as large as three football fields, they operate with a skeletal staff. That's just the way it is. Apply for a job there, and maybe YOU can answer the phone. But wait, there are customers to assist, aren't there? You will soon get the picture of how this store operates. If you buy there, and help clear their inventory, then they will probably make more condominiums there, which will add to the ever-increasing population and traffic of Orange County. Conclusion to all of this: "You get what you pay for." Enjoy and Merry Christmas! 🎅
The place is as large as three football fields and is as high as a four-story building. I have never seen more than two maybe three people behind the front desk. They are serving irate customers waiting in line, and, as you say, the phone is ringing. We'll, Sears went bankrupt/belly up, and this is the state of service in American retail. By the way, where is my Amazon package? Who is to blame for that? Good luck!
Sears Outlet sells new items as well as one-of-a-kind, out-of-box, discontinued, refurbished, reconditioned, cosmetically damaged and used merchandise. All items that are no longer new undergo a stringent testing process and when necessary have cosmetic parts replaced and/or are repaired. Only after an item has undergone our thorough certification process is it approved to be a Sears Outlet Certified item. In addition, these products carry the same manufacturer's warranties that new in-box items do.
Yes, we do. You can rent to own items such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, tools and more. You take home your purchase after your first lease payment is made.
If your item is eligible for installation or hook-up, you old item may be eligible for haul away.
Yes, we do! Your item(s) may qualify for local delivery if they are located within 75 miles of your delivery address. If your item(s) originate at a location that is more than 75 miles from your delivery address, your order will be considered a national delivery or in-store pickup order.

Yes, we are! In fact, there are currently more than 130 Sears Outlet stores open. Our stores are located in major markets across the United States.
Very cheap than a regular stores and good quality 👌👍
😘😘
I am sure they take cash but as far as the mattress I ha e know idea about that
They have a fee call & ask.
Go to the outlet
I don't think so.
I shopped there several months ago, and possibly noticed some exercise equipment. I have noticed home appliances like refrigerators, stoves, and microwaves plus dishwashers too.
Call about early morning 9 am they should be able to answer the phone.
Depending if its within the one year manufacturer warranty or except you might have purchased a sears warranty
Not that I saw. It is more of an appliance center. Every once in a while they have other stuff, so its possible but unlikely.
What they sell is random when it comes to furniture. You may come across one. It's hit and miss.
Hello, they have Tensioner for dryer
