Someone needs to call the board the way these reviews are mentioning so much disrespect. The reviews makes me want to call them & tell them about they self. Seriously. As a black community this is so Unacceptable. Even im upset and I just came to look over the review. Ridiculous.

I am a current tenant & If I can give them 0 stars I would. Let me just start from the top..... when I moved in I had a few minor things that needed to be fixed, that took months. then my refrigerator went out twice, instead of them replacing it they told me to use a blow dryer and melt the ice inside the freezer until they can send somebody Out ! they never answer the phone, They don't have any maintenance, they pay ppl off the streets to come fix things which leads to more problems. They're rude and very unprofessional, the only person that is polite so far is the young lady at the front desk.

Looked into getting an apartment here and experienced some of the worst service I've encountered. I was told two apartments would be ready by the 1st of the next month, to fill out an application and that I would be contacted and never was. As it approached the 1st I reached out and was told there were no apartments available. I explained the situation and was told my application would be pulled and I'd receive a follow up call the next day to talk about next steps and availability, I received no call. I went into the office to speak about it and was told now there is one available. After 30+ minutes waiting for them to find a key to show me the place, I saw it and was told I could fax my pay stubs in and could have the apartment, but I would need to wait for my app to be processed and to await a follow up call. Never got a call. I didn't waste my time any further after that. Overall it was embarassingly poor service on behalf of every employee I encountered.

This place is terrible to live! Once you have a problem that needs to be dealt with by maintenance it’s over with for a year!
