I need to make an appt., but can't get anyone to answer the phone to make one. Have waited over an hour many times. Lost my SS card, plus need to change benefits from veteran widow benefits to my own, now that I'm over 70.

I would go to the office and soak to the security guard. I was there this week, he was the only one I saw in the building. I know you can DROP OFF paperwork there but you can't make copies or anything like that. He said also they're having a hard time because when people are dropping off paperwork people aren't writing their case # or social security #, so the workers aren't able to find them in the system.

Yeah I understand, just wish they would say No-In-Person service, Phone Service Only on Maps or the Website. So people don't drive all the way there and take off work for nothing! All they need to do is update their maps and website, I'm sure we pay enough taxes to have proper, updated info.
