How cheap are we talking? If you need free you can camp down by The Feathers rock climbing formation 1/2 way down Frenchman Coulee or really anywhere you find a good spot in the coulee. Fun fact, Frenchman Coulee was formed in the great pre historic Lake Missoula flood when a giant icedam that had blocked the Clark Fork river creating the giant Lake Missoula broke releasing almost unimaginable amounts of water racing across and forming what is now known as the Channelled Scablands, the Dry Falls, the giant Potholes, and Frenchman Coule! I digress. It's def not walking distance to the venue but it is maybe a 5min drive. When you get off I90 at Silica Rd (Gorge exit) you go left under the freeway and take the first left immediately after you cross under the freeway. If you are coming from the venue on Silica Rd it is the last right turn you can take before the i90 west onramp. There are also great spots if you follow the road all the way down Frenchman's right on the river. Enjoy!
