General parking will be towed overnight. The ~$120 price for GA camping in basically a "park your car here all weekend fee and by the way you can have a tent and sleep there too" kind of deal.
Technically, you need a camping slip to get back in the campground. I wasn't asked to show mine when I came back from the last Dead and Co show with the crowd. I don't know about the parking, though.
