There were people who brought children to Kings of Leon. Is Dave Matthews a day or night concert? I would bring hearing protection for sure. There is a lot of walking, so bring the stroller for when their legs wear out.

In my experiences drugs are rampant throughout the campgrounds. But this also tends to depend on the event. Its hard to say really.
You might want to find out if the kids will need tickets also. Bring snacks and games or books to keep kids busy. And blankets.
Are lawn chairs allowed or is there other seating?
The gorge also has a family camping area that is calmer than general campinh.ask when u check in.
