Yes, those are the current range rules. Having shot at numerous ranges over the years this is not an uncommon rule. I understand that some ranges do not have any limits. I have seen semi-auto firearms malfunction and dump the entire magazine before. This has actually killed people (I personally know of one myself). Thank you for your input an interest in the club.
It's true but you aren't limited to how many clips you are using so I don't have any issues since I have two clips for all my guns and usally find I need a fresh target so I can accurately track my progress.
