Yes. Monday through Sunday. But they recommend that you don't go swimming in the ocean when there is not a lifeguard on duty but if you choose to all responsibility and accountability is on you to keep your own safety.
Yes it is. I've gone as late as 3am, it's always open. I don't recommend swimming or surfing after dark though, nor do the life guards.
