Hi David, Thanks for your question. Yes - We are a showroom based business. We have over 800 items on display that you can touch and feel to help you make a informed decision in a very nice "Apple Store" like environment. One of the main reasons I decided to open this business was the frustration I had with the process of purchasing promotional apparel/products during my 30 year career with Motorola as a National Sales Manager. Instead of websites, phone calls, emails & only occasionally samples, I wanted to have a place where I could actually see the products, hold them in my hands, look at the quality of the printing & get some ideas about what was available from someone who knew what they were doing.
