I ordered a heater for my office on Tuesday & it said 1 day delivery. This is a business address & we close @ 5:00 PM Who is in charge of getting my products here during business hours? can't the delivery people read the delivery instructions?

If your business is already listed as a business and the hours listed are correct as most tend to be in Amazon's system FLEX, then your delivery will be automatically routed to be delivered within your business hours.

You need to make sure the address is indicated as a business with the hours so that they delivery can be scheduled within that time frame. The drivers are just give a route, Amazon sets those routes.
