I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tuneup. I also mentioned that possibly my fuel pump is missing bearing causing a rattle when I drive. No monetary estimate or time estimate was discussed. SCARY! How much will I be charged???

If you schedule to have your vehicle fixed no matter how long in advance they will only complete what they want to and make you come back to do more I schedued to have my 25,000 service done and my brakes I sat there for 3 hours and had them tell me that the. Don’t have time to do my brakes and that it can wait until my next service 3 weeks later my brakes were metal to metal I called numerous times attempting to get them to call me back when they did they tried saying ok we will get you scheduled for next week this was on. Monday I told them NO WAY so they scheduled me for the Kiaser location and told me I need to be there at 7 sharp since they are fitting me in I was there at 640 at 830 they came to me and told me that the service tech was just now getting on my vehicle I was there for 3.5 hours and my brakes are making rubbing noises and shimmying so now I have to take it to another shop I did a bad review they called me and told me that they never guarantee to do services

I'm not sure I just bought a used pickup from them last month.
